Permission to use finished images
While your account is in good standing, you may use, modify, print, publish, and sell the finished images you generate for personal projects, client work, apparel, transfers, tumblers, stickers, journals, print-on-demand products, social content, branding, and digital products. This permission is non-exclusive and applies only to finished output created through your authorized account.
The creator is not included
Creator access is licensed only to the purchasing account. Purchasing a creator does not transfer ownership of the creator, its instructions, configuration, reference library, design system, software, or underlying methods. You may not resell, share, sublicense, copy, redistribute, recreate, reverse engineer, or use any creator or its protected materials to build or train a competing product.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing every image before use or sale and for confirming that your wording, uploads, references, and finished products do not violate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. Do not request or sell unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized content.
Commercial permission from DOPE Design Studio does not guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable, trademark-safe, or legally protectable. Similar output may be generated for other customers.
Customer and third-party materials
You must have permission to upload or use every logo, photograph, name, likeness, character, trademark, or other protected element you supply. Rights owned by another person or company are not granted to you by DOPE Design Studio.
No transfer of access
You may sell the finished artwork you generate, but you may not sell or transfer your studio account, creator access, shared links, internal instructions, prompt logic, reference images, source materials, or copies of the creator experience.
