Information we collect
We may collect your account identifier, name, email address, creator access, credit balance, purchase and subscription records, prompts and selections, uploaded reference materials, generated images, creator-detail and preview interactions, purchase actions, support messages, and technical activity such as timestamps, errors, and security logs.
Stripe processes payment-card information. DOPE Design Studio receives transaction identifiers, customer identifiers, payment status, amount, and related billing details, but is not designed to store your full payment-card number.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, deliver purchased access and credits, generate and store images, process billing, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, secure the service, maintain records, and improve operation of the studio.
Service providers
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the studio, including OpenAI for authenticated access and AI generation, Stripe for payments and subscriptions, and hosting or storage providers for application delivery and customer files. We do not sell personal information for money.
Generated and uploaded content
Your prompts, selections, and necessary reference material may be sent to AI services to produce requested images. Do not upload sensitive personal information or content you are not authorized to use. Generated images and account activity may be retained so you can access My Creations and so we can support and secure the service.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent fraud. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request help accessing, correcting, or deleting eligible account information by contacting hello@prettydesignlab.com. Some information may be retained when required for transactions, security, legal obligations, disputes, or legitimate business records.
Children and changes
The studio is not intended for children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes. The revised effective date will appear on this page.
