Agreement and eligibility
By accessing DOPE Design Studio or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must provide accurate account and billing information.
Accounts and authorized access
Your account and purchased creator access are for your use and may not be shared, sold, rented, sublicensed, or transferred. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Creator ownership and restrictions
Creator access is licensed only to the purchasing account. Purchasing a creator does not transfer ownership of the creator, its instructions, configuration, reference library, design system, software, or underlying methods. You may not resell, share, sublicense, copy, redistribute, recreate, reverse engineer, or use any creator or its protected materials to build or train a competing product. All studio software, branding, interfaces, curated references, creator identities, configurations, and protected materials remain owned by DOPE Design Studio or their respective licensors.
Purchases, credits, and subscriptions
Prices and included benefits are those displayed at checkout. Access is delivered only after payment is confirmed. Credit packs, monthly credits, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Credit Policy, Subscription Terms, and Refund Policy incorporated into these Terms.
Your content and generated output
You keep any rights you already hold in materials you submit. You give us and our service providers a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit those materials only as needed to operate, secure, and support the studio. Your permitted use of finished output is governed by the Commercial-Use Terms.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the service, evade access or credit controls, scrape or probe the system, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, generate illegal or infringing content, impersonate others, abuse payment disputes, or attempt to discover or reproduce protected creator instructions, reference systems, prompts, or methods.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or material violation of these Terms. Where reasonable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue, but immediate action may be taken to protect customers, the service, or third parties.
AI and service limitations
AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, non-unique, or contain unexpected elements. You must review output before relying on, publishing, or selling it. The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, specific creative results, sales, income, legal protection, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOPE Design Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the studio, generated output, third-party services, or customer use. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount you paid to DOPE Design Studio during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted. Questions may be sent to hello@prettydesignlab.com.
