Automatic monthly renewal
Complete Studio is a recurring monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method associated with your checkout at the price shown at purchase and on each renewal date until cancellation.
What the membership includes
An eligible active membership provides access to active Complete Studio creators and the monthly image-credit amount displayed at checkout. Creators, features, and credit amounts may be updated prospectively. Material changes will be disclosed before they apply when required.
Credits and rollover
Unused monthly plan credits do not roll over. They refresh each billing cycle. Separately purchased credit packs and qualifying credits included with an individual creator remain available until used under the Image-Credit Policy.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal through the billing-management option in your account. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not ordinarily refund the current billing period. Access continues or ends according to the status and period displayed by Stripe and the studio.
Failed payments and access
A failed, unpaid, reversed, or disputed payment does not create new subscription access or monthly credits. Access may be restricted while payment is past due and removed when the subscription becomes inactive.
Individual creator purchases
Buying one creator is a separate one-time purchase and does not create a Complete Studio subscription. Creator access is licensed only to the purchasing account. Purchasing a creator does not transfer ownership of the creator, its instructions, configuration, reference library, design system, software, or underlying methods. You may not resell, share, sublicense, copy, redistribute, recreate, reverse engineer, or use any creator or its protected materials to build or train a competing product.
