How credits are used
One image credit is normally used for each image generation started and completed successfully. A bundle or collection uses one credit for every individual image created. The current credit cost is shown before generation when a feature uses a different amount.
Monthly credits
Credits included with Complete Studio are monthly plan credits. They refresh with the applicable billing cycle, do not roll over, and are removed or reset when the subscription ends, becomes ineligible, or renews into a new monthly allotment.
Purchased and included credits
Credit-pack purchases and starting credits included with an individual creator remain in the account until used, unless refunded, reversed, obtained fraudulently, or removed to correct an account error. They do not convert to cash, earn interest, or transfer between customers.
Which credits are used first
The studio uses monthly plan credits before purchased or included credits so customers can use the balance that resets first.
Failures and corrections
If the system records an image generation as failed, its reserved credit should be returned automatically. Credits are not automatically returned merely because a customer dislikes a completed image. We may correct balances affected by duplicate delivery, payment reversal, fraud, abuse, or technical error.
